These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Infatot®, a brand of Ockloo Ltd. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We take care to describe our products accurately, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of materials such as silicone and wood. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to change prices at any time before you place an order.

Orders & contract

When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order but does not create a binding contract. A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order (or notify you it has been dispatched). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where a pricing error has occurred.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Product safety — please read

Infatot® products are designed for babies and infants and must always be used under adult supervision. Before each use, inspect the product for signs of damage or wear and pull gently to check for weakness. Discard the product at the first sign of damage. Never leave a child unattended with any product, and always follow the guidance and age recommendations on the product and its packaging. Clean before first use in line with the care instructions provided.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Infatot® name and logo, text, images and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Ockloo Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to this, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow product guidance and safety instructions.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Scotland and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order applies to your purchase.
