Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping rates
- Standard (2–3 working days): £2.95
- Expedited (1–2 working days): £4.95. Usually arrives Next Day.
- Free UK shipping on orders of £45 or more, including both Standard and Express delivery. Applied automatically at checkout, regardless of where your order is dispatched from.
Order processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Standard orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days and expedited orders within 1–2 working days. Occasionally delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Will everything arrive together?
Some items are dispatched from different locations, so your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This doesn’t affect your free delivery—orders of £45 or more qualify, even when items are shipped separately.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@infatot.com and we'll help track it down.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
