FAQ's

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is £2.95 and Express delivery is £4.95. Standard and Express delivery are free on orders of £45 or more. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery then usually arrives within 2–3 working days, and express delivery within 1–2 working days. Once your order is dispatched we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Some items are dispatched from different locations, so your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This doesn’t affect your free delivery—orders of £45 or more qualify, even when items are shipped separately.

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original, sealed packaging. Email hello@infatot.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through it. Once we've received and checked your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days — usually much sooner.

For health and hygiene reasons, teethers, teething mittens and feeders can't be returned once opened or unsealed — unless the item is faulty. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you're always entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, whether or not it has been opened.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is fully encrypted and payments are handled by Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant system — we never see or store your full card details.

We dispatch quickly, so please email hello@infatot.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once it's on its way, you can still return it under our returns policy.

Occasionally couriers are delayed. Please allow a couple of extra working days, then check your tracking link. If it still hasn't arrived, email hello@infatot.com with your order number and we'll chase it up for you.

Materials vary across the Infatot range. Our teethers include silicone designs and pieces with wooden components; crinkle sheets and bibs use fabrics and other materials. Check the individual product details and the instructions supplied with your item.

If your baby is very young and still learning to grip, a teething mitten like the Koda Koala or Chicken glove is ideal as it stays on little hands. Once they can hold objects, a handheld teether such as our award-winning MultiTexture Sea Teether or the Barbell Buddy gives them more to explore. Always use under adult supervision, and check the age guidance on the packaging.

Follow the care label or instructions supplied with each item before first use and after use. Cleaning methods vary between silicone, wood and fabric products. Use a dishwasher, steriliser, boiling water or machine wash only where the instructions for that exact product allow it. Inspect each item before use and stop using it if it is damaged.
