Payment and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only if the item is not as described, faulty, the wrong shape or colour, or the quality is not acceptable. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at admin@infatot.com within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the item and it is inspected, we will issue a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind or for items damaged due to misuse or improper handling. Additionally, some items may be non-refundable due to hygiene or safety reasons. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
