A few of my friends bought this toy and their babies love it so much I had to get it for my niece.What’s great about this toy is that they can use the little “hands” or “nipples” or whatever you wanna call them as a dummy replacement. The soothing chicken teething glove came in a very simple yet cute packaging that has all the necessary product info written on so it makes me confident to give this to a baby. The colour is really nice and the silicone seems like high quality so I expect it to last a while.I think this could be a really nice add on gift at a baby shower or for a new mother. It’s small enough to be held by a baby’s hand and the stripes provide a soothing feeling for soar gums. I also think the price is ok, but I would have expected it to be 1-2£ cheaper for what it is. When first taking out of the package I sterilised it for 10 mins before giving to my baby to make sure there was no germs or bacteria on it. He really took to this teething toy, wouldn’t put it down all day. Really impressed with the quality, Keeps my baby occupied whilst in his swing so I can get other work done. He always puts his hands in his mouth and we have tried many things to stop him doing so even tried mittens, but to no avail. Since getting this he hasn’t been putting his hands in his mouth and honestly it’s such a relief. I love this product, it has exceeded my expectations. Already recommended to several friends and family members who have babies. Great quality and I can see this being used long term.

It does have some design merits, I can see that the shape of the little arms on the chicken could be sucked. I can see that the comb on the top with the texture will be good to chew and I feel the arm that a baby can hold it/it will be easy to keep hold of/grip. But it is a piece of moulded silicone and would have been exceptionally cheap to manufacture. Although I have pulled this toy around with a lot of strength and nothing has come adrift, I don’t like the fact that the central bar is somehow glued in. As it has not been manufactured in one entire piece, there is the potential for something to come adrift. It does have a safety notice on the outside packaging, which I do approve of. Any toy for a very young child needs checking on a regular basis. This is not a toy that would be suitable to be near a pet who has a history of chewing random plastic, rubber or material things. We owe it to our children and our pets to be careful of what we bring into our homes. I think I prefer the more traditional type teethers, but on first inspection this does seem safe. I am an ex Toy LIbrarian and Early Years teacher so do know my way around toys. This will need to be sterilised with diluted Milton or submerged in boiling water before being given to a child and regularly cleaned thereafter.

My 3 month old boy likes it and it fits his hand perfectly. The problem is that he his hand slips from that little handle inside and then he struggles to put it in his mouth. Maybe it’s a little bit too early for him. However it’s very good quality and little ears on each side are similar in a shape to a dummy so it has calming effect too.

This silicone baby teether is great. Made from food grade silicone and is safe, BPA free and good design for baby to hold without dropping it. Feels soft and dishwasher safe. The packaging had a tape on one side and came like that which is weirdly odd.

It’s a lovely designed and made teether and easy to wash, rinse and sterilise.She’s a picky madam and other teethers have not been successful however this one this is easy for her to hold or install on her arm is perfect. This little “chicken head” teethe has lots of “bumps of interest” for my 9mth old. I got this for my son when he was about 10 weeks as he’d already started teething. It was perfect as he could grip onto it without needing to hold it all by himself. He still loves it however my only complaint would be that the parts that stick out on the side are hollow like a pacifier instead of teething toy, so they’re not really hard enough for him to chew on and he ends up biting down really hard and pulling them out of his mouth. The solid part on the top is too hard for him to reach as he can’t quite hold his arm at the right angle, but overall a great purchase.

This seems like a brilliant idea as my little one would alway drop her teether but it works a little too well and she struggles to get her hand out and gets upset. Ive also noticed that, compared to other teethers, the material seems to collect alot more dust and fluff when it isdropped.
